Our Leaders
Shared Leadership (2026–2028)
The CEFE Network is guided by a Shared Leadership model, reflecting our belief that leadership is strongest when it is collaborative, diverse, and community-driven. Rather than relying on a single leader, the Shared Leadership Team facilitates the work of the CEFE Network Board, connects initiatives across the network, and supports the implementation of our shared vision.
For the 2026–2028 term, the CEFE Network Board elected Jovan Stalevski (CEFE Macedonia), Aristarque Ashige (CEFE Uganda), and Isaac Bwambale (CEFE Uganda) as the new Shared Leadership Team.
Together, they work closely with the CEFE Network Board, Think Tanks, and the CEFE International Office to strengthen collaboration, foster innovation, and support the continued development of the global CEFE community.
Meet Laura
Consultor Organizacional con experiencia en áreas clave de Recursos Humanos como lo son: Reclutamiento y Selección de personal, realización de entrevistas en inglés, Organización del adiestramiento al personal, Manejo y desarrollo de Descripciones de Cargo, desarrollo en el área de compensación (escalas y análisis de la estructura salarial), Gestión de estructuras de cargo, Políticas corporativas, sistema de beneficios. Manejo del sistema de evaluaciones de desempeño y promociones, aplicación de encuestas de clima organizacional y desarrollo y aplicación de contramedidas para mejorar los indicadores con oportunidad de mejora.
Meet Aris
Aristarque Ashige is an International Enterprise Development and Capacity Building Consultant with more than 14 years of experience supporting entrepreneurship, MSME development, and private sector growth across Africa. He works with governments, development partners, international organizations, financial institutions, and private sector actors to strengthen businesses, institutions, and entrepreneurship ecosystems through practical and sustainable solutions.
His areas of expertise include business development services, enterprise and cooperative development, organizational capacity strengthening, business coaching, entrepreneurship training, financial inclusion, digital transformation, and market systems development. Over the years, he has designed and facilitated executive training programmes, developed business support frameworks, and provided strategic advisory services for a wide range of organizations.
Aristarque believes that strong institutions and capable entrepreneurs are at the heart of sustainable economic development. He works closely with organizations to strengthen local capacity, improve institutional performance, and help entrepreneurs build resilient businesses that contribute to inclusive economic growth.
Meet Jovan
Jovan Stalevski is a business consultant, experiential learning trainer, and capacity-building mentor, currently pursuing a dual Executive MBA with the University of York and the University of Strasbourg. His work connects entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and local economic development, with a particular interest in making the economy a little friendlier to ecology and this plant. Born in 1982 and based in Skopje, he balances projects, real-estate investments, yoga, meditation, gym and Sadhguru’s teachings. A proud millennial, he remains cautiously optimistic that human consciousness can develop at least as quickly as technology.
Meet Isaac
Isaac A. Bwambale is an International Consultant specializing in entrepreneurship development, includsive market systems, financial inclusion, and private sector development, with over a decade of experience advising governments, development partners, and enterprise support institutions across Africa. He has led the design of market-driven entrepreneurship programmes, enterprise development strategies, and capacity-building systems that strengthen MSME competitiveness, job creation, and economic inclusion.
CEFE Network collaborates with a wide range of global partners, including governments, international organizations, private-sector institutions, and NGOs, to increase access to entrepreneurship training and support business development.
